All attendees of the IEEE SSST 2012 are required to register. Also, at least one author of each paper, whether student or not, must register by paying a full non-student registration fee of $300 (for IEEE members) or $350 (for non IEEE members) by Feb. 10, 2012, for the paper to be included in the Proceedings of the Symposium.

Each full non-student registration  covers up to two published papers. Additional published papers will need extra fee of $200.00 each. Each student attendee will need to pay one registration either at the full rate (if he/she is the registrant of his/her paper being published in the Proceedings) or student rate (if he/she is not the registrant of his/her paper).

No refund will be available after Feb. 10, 2012.

The registration will be closed at 5:00 p.m. Feb. 15, 2012. After Feb. 15, 2012 the conference organizers will assume unregistered papers will not be presented and these papers will be removed from the conference Program and the Proceedings. Each registrant will receive a CD of the proceedings containing the papers accepted and submitted for presentation at the Symposium.

The registration fee also covers the cost of the reception on Mar. 11, 2012, one ticket for the banquet on Mar. 12, 2012, and coffee breaks during the conference presentations. Additional proceedings and banquet tickets may be purchased at the time of registration.
